The area itself is good, the flat is also nice. And a good size. Friendly neighbours for the most part. However maintaince are very slow in responding to emergency/major issues in the home, eg major mould issue and leaking boiler, Happy with everything else.

Good for local shops, transport and school. Parking available, traffic noise low. Quiet area, no issues.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No, maintanence have been unresponsive to big issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how slow maintenance would have been at responding to issues.
