Cant complain in general. Some ups and downs, but eventually things get sorted by the team! Modern development, keeps communal areas tidy. Tries to solve problems in a timely manner. Most important thing they are pet friendly, which is why we chose them. Been a resident for 4 years now!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Nice neighbourhood, considering it is in Beeston Close to city centre, most importantly pet friendly!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not bad in solving problems. But sometimes there are miscommunication errors. Someone said something, someone forgot. Someone assumed..

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Mould problem is not great. They tried to solve it, but i think its is black mould from the groind, and it is affecting our health. Winter months, has to be cleaned twice a week. After the repairs, we will see how it will be this winter. Even though i can allready see some areas that it is reappearing again and it is summer now. Once got sent a letter to ventilate the home by opening windows and that sounded a little in appropriate

only a 1 bedroom, but it is good enough for me, been here 5 years not looking to move away, suitable kitchen/ living room, not much cupboard space only got 3, used to have a window cleaner but not been for 2/3 years now, lawns/communal grass gets cut on a monthly basis, bins emptied weekly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

great area to live in, doctor and pharmacy nearby, local asda short walk away plenty of fast food outlets also nearby, rent is a bit too high, but have applied for housing benefit, couple of pubs nearby also, can hear the crowd at elland rd, area is busy on match days, parking is ok at the moment, some tenants don,t have cars

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

so far i have not had any problems and not raised any problems

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Flexible and Convenient

The estate overall is set up very well with easy access to parking. It’s great that we have the flexibility to decorate our home and make it feel ours, our dog is also welcome for an extra small fee which is a a massive bonus. The houses are kitted out pretty well, the finish could be better but as you are allowed to decorate it’s easy to improve. Maintenance has improved recently but previously we’ve had long waits for fixes and tickets for jobs simply deleted when the new system was implemented.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s very close to Leeds city centre and connected by regular busses. It’s also close to the M621. The biggest negative is the proximity to Elland Road Stadium. The roads around the entire estate are closed after matches and a lot of rubbish is thrown on the floor by the fans.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, issues are in the majority fixed, there have been delays in the past, but overall they have recently improved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The roads being closed on match days can be an issue as the entire estate is accessed through one road that is closed at certain points.

A lovely place to live

Charlotte J (Tenant)

Maintenance issues take a while to be sorted as they get external companies to come out. Communication with property management is really good and customer services are very helpful and understanding. Rooms are decently sized however bedrooms lack space for storage once they have a double bed in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking within the area is really good and the location of the properties aren't too far away from the city centre. Anti-social behaviour gets sorted quickly once reported and everything is all in walking distance

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes reported mould in kitchen - installed vents in rooms

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Upper properties get very warm very quickly during summer.
