See above.as already said development is still under construction and would hope all that is promised for the development eventually comes to fruition.we really haven’t had any reason to assess the quality of management and so far facilities are non existent.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

So far pleased with our property but lack of outside storage for a bike etc is disappointing.unfortunately the development is still in progress hence score given.hopefully in the future the promised leisure and retail facilities will bring score up .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The 2 minor faults when we moved in were dealt with promptly

I personally love the lay out of our new build and think it’s been done very well. The building itself has severely suffered with a mould issue which hasn’t been sufficiently addressed by the property management and I would say that’s a massive low blow to leaf. In general they’re relatively helpful but have an awful response time, dont often pick up their phones and also delicate work and blame out to other companies instead of just helping with matters at hand. The builders in the area use our parking spaces in the day meaning we are forced to ask them to move when we return home and the floors often littered with cigarette butts and general waste including multiple tea bags that have been used and left on the floor.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is great it’s a 5 min drive to the local shopping centre and also about 10 minutes from a small village. Parking is terrible as all roads around the estates have been double yellowed so it’s almost impossible to park when you’re only allocated one parking space. Bin collections are fine but hard in the beginning before the local government were aware they needed collecting. The traffic and noise isn’t bad now but the building noise from around the area was awful in the first 4 months of us living here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We went almost 8 weeks in the HIGHT of summer in 2023 without a fridge due to it not working. We had very poor service from leaf during this time and was like pulling teeth getting them to help. Penultimately they gave us a temporary mini fridge which was tiny and not sufficient for actual daily life including barely being able to fit anything in it. The resolution in the end was changing the fridge with one from the show home which could have easily been done in the first week of our problems. We have also had parking issues, mould issues and general lack of response issues since moving in and find it hard to contact leaf if and when necessary.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we had been told the roads were going to be double yellowed after us moving in as this reduces the availability of parking in the area.
