The development is perfect, wide roads, spacious bedrooms, perfect services, great size gardens too. The management company quickly resolve any snags too. The interior living space is great too with up to date, design and energy saving devices too, bills reduce from older properties.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

WIthijn easy rech of local amenities, petrol statiosn, shopping centres, plus Stansted Airport, the development is perfect. With new playgrounds and parks soon to be built it makes it even better for families too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Extremely professional, with lots of support when required.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Albeit communication is great, once every month (approx), due to the ongoing build, electricity power cuts occur, however, these only ouccur for 1-hour.

Megan, Tiffany and Macey are Angels

The house itself is sizable with a decent size living room, the kitchen has enough room for a small dining table and all 3 bedrooms are big enough for a double bed with loads of room left over. The downstairs toilet makes no sense to me as the loo is situated right next to a wall and I mean your left leg is touching said wall when doing the business...odd design. We have a storage cupboard underneath the stairs and the door to said cupboard is situated in the living room however, to open the door you have to close the living room door otherwise both doors get in each other's way! First world problems of course and it's easily manageable. We have had to call property management as the downstairs toilet was leaking and in fairness the response was timely and the repair actioned with immediate effect. I am however still waiting for a new ring security system as the previous tenants are still assigned to it and I have asked multiple times for an update with no response. Again first world problem and it's not a massive issue. I feel once the development is fully completed, this stands to be an extremely wonderful place to live offering a beautiful blend of family, community and togetherness!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Cressing is a peaceful place to live. Not much going on in the area but that does have its upsides as there is very little, if any, road noise! We have a petrol station not 3 minutes round the corner which can bail you out should you need bread, milk etc and a local shop 5 minutes away. Restaurants and bars are close by at freeport shopping village with ample choices as well as outlet shopping for some retail therapy. we also have a train station within extremely close proximity. Can be a bit of a pain to park there if you needed however its not too far for a stroll and the views are rather pleasant. Parking isn't much of an issue, bins are collected every Wednesday and there is little to no chance of antisocial behaviour unless Barbara from down the road decides to go awol on the mobility scooter.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As stated previously we had a leak in our downstairs toilet which was resolved promptly as well as a leak under the sink which again action was taken to get said leak fixed in a swift and timely manner. I am still waiting to hear back about the ring security system with the last communication being on the 1st of March this year

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To be fair I have lived in cressing previously so I knew what to expect from the area. If you are looking for hustle and bustle this is not the place for you! It's quiet, it's peacefully and you get a general sense of safety due to it being a small village. Down side being that electricity box over near the flats that exerts a humming noise 24/7. If you're a fan of white noise you might find comfort in it. Lastly there is an awfully powerful anti social smell coming from the flats on Crozier Drive that would put snoop dog to shame.

Very happy with our house on this new quiet development

Tim Cheesman (Tenant)

The design of our house is good - we are grateful for good size bedrooms and especially pleased with the size of our garden with young children who enjoy being outside! When I have had to report an issue to Property Management I have been pleased with the timely response and resolution.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very quiet development which is nice - despite on-going building work! Close enough to Freeport shops and restaurants but also rural walks past Cressing station; so get a good balance of both.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As mentioned above - when needing to report something to the Property Management team they have always replied and helped resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That we would have to put up with power generator noise directly behind our garden until the development is complete

Well designed development but no communal spaces

Sabah (Tenant)

Well designed development for individual use, but no community spaces have been incorporated as of yet. Communal spaces for working or relaxing or a gym would add great value, as this location is a bit secluded. Parking is very good, which is what I like best about here?

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Beautiful new build development! Cressing station is a short walk away. Great shopping nearby in Braintree Freeport.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The property management team is quite busy but I can report issues quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Safety is good in this location. Close-knit community feeling as you do meet your neighbors walking about! Great for young families
