Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location and close to train station and shops. Lovely walks with the dog nearby. We like the location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick response via email. However, we have wasted two days waiting for a building inspection where nobody arrived.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The amount of disruptive roadworks and lack of timescale for completion. Communal landscaping is not very good. We’ve had to log a complaint twice about areas left unattended.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Bin collections have been terrible. Often with rubbish over the street every morning from foxes ripping open missed bin collections. Was not aware of the constant construction noise before moving in, builders being loud etc. shops are good.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Response has been adequate. We reported an issue with nails giving us a tyre puncture from building works and also finding a rusty blade in the garden and both the construction company and leaf living blamed each other. I also think communal bins should be available until all streets are registered to avoid rubbish build up every week as we have not had an on time bin collection for 3 months

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The level of construction still ongoing and the issues with missed bin collections

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The environment around the building sounds good to me, because I shall not hear noise from neighbours or traffic noise at night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It takes a bit longer time to fix the defects encountered.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The EV charging facilities for residents, because EV charging is common for us in recent years.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Easy access to the shops, all within walking distance. A fair range of bars, restaurants and supermarkets to choose from. The estate is quiet, very little road noise and parking seems plentiful with our large driveways.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have phoned myself to clarify the issue, then arranged a home visit to fix the problem.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I feel that all the information given to us was accurate and nothing took us by surprise.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good transport links and plenty of parking. Bins took a while to sort out when we first moved and also postal wise the address took a while to be listed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All good apart from the 24 hour helpline not working on a bank holiday.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The door batteries run out so make sure you have notifications turned on via email and app.
