Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really convenient, close to station and so many good grocery stores like Sainsbury’s and Aldi. Great management. But quite a few loud homelesss people downstairs during night time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Speedy, easy to contact and usually fixed same day

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Corridor noise can travel into apartments. The community is nice though.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a really good area to be in, at the heart of transport links like buses and next to the tube station and overground too. Really convenient. Loads of great shops and cafes surrounding it too

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues are always addressed swiftly and on the same day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing to complain about really, reception is really nice.

Outstanding location, new building

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very convenient location - next to Archway Tube Station, Sainsburys and Marks and Spencer Foodhall. Bus stops direct to King’s Cross/Euston, Tottenham Court Road, and Tower Bridge are right in front of the house, convenient for out of hours train rides to the airports. Traffic noise is surprisingly minimal despite being 3 mins walk to the Whittington Hospital. Nonetheless, anti-social behaviours can be troublesome sometimes with rough sleepers loitering around the park in front of the building but they are not aggressive. They’re just minding their own business. No parking facility available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had two minor issues so far, nothing major. One about leaking in bathroom and broken radiator pump. Both were attended to and resolved quickly by Vonder.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There’s no dryer in the house. They advertised as washer/dryer but there’s only washer.

Cosy living in a great location

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A 1-minute walk to the Archway tube and bus stations. Walking distance to M&S, Sainsbury, Aldi, and Tesco. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity, too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The current building manager; Joanne, responds to any problems immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Explore the area, especially neighbouring Crouch End.

The layout of the studio feels well thought out

Charlotte R (Tenant)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is very convenient as it is close to the tube station and bus stops. There is a wide range of shops, pubs and gyms nearby. However one of the disadvantages to this is sometimes there is some noise at night. But in general the area is friendly and convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded to maintenance issues fast and resolved the problem quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When I initially moved in, the energy prices were abnormally high. Many of the tenants were having the same issue, I believe they have lowered the prices now however it is still expensive even in the summer months when heating isn’t used as much.
