Reception in main building has been renovated recently and looks good. Apart from that there is not much of a design really, more basic style. There seems to be an issue with cleaners. Halls, lifts, reception sometimes can be dirty for days. Overall plain design.

We stayed here for a few months before moving country. Our experience was overall positive. The staff are friendly and attentive, the property is pet-friendly, and the interiors are modern and high quality. The property is also secure with great parking facilities. It is however in the middle no nowhere (yes even in London) so supermarkets, public transport, restaurants, are quite far away so you need a bike or a car. It would be great to have some on-site facilities such as a basic shop, gym, cinema, etc.

It’s a great opportunity for them to do wonders but they don’t seem to. I wish they could restore the place back to its original form. A good lounge a good view from there. I miss them mate. Plus they should bring in a better parking spot for cycles and cars as well.

The design is very standard I would say. White walls, no any special design. Flats are quite big and spacious, with high celling which is definitely for plus. Area around the building is not very well maintained. Once spring comes there are bushes everywhere, grass it not being cut so it grows high and everywhere. Reception area and halls are rather clean but sometimes they wont be clean for sometime, as seems like there is no permanent cleaners. Even though flats are big unfortunately you can hear your neighbours walking above you which can be very annoying.

The top floor lounge relax area is a joke. The building security is a concern. The people who stay here are getting weirder, the tenants are now stealing products and other stuff and blaming it on the homeless people. It’s really weird that’s all I am Gonna say.
