There is a Tesco And a convenience store and a couple fast food stores close by and a few bus stops and one station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

To build a man who has Good He was very friendly when explaining how to use the boiler

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we would have known More to do with the instructions of using the boiler, etc

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Tesco Extra present nearby. Good connectivity to Waterloo using the train. No tube station nearby, need to take a bus to the nearest tube station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There were a couple of cases of stolen parcels. Initially the management was not serious, but off-late has installed cameras.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

More clarity on electricity and water billing process, not entirely transparent.

Good area and easy transportation. Good facilities and access to train stations also area is quiet and nce

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Many managers changed during last year and I think they should be on site!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Electricity bills were not collected for 2 years and we never received any readings or invoices and suddenly they sent one invoice which is extremely not fair and not correct

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location and area is very good!! However, people from other residences sometimes come. The shops are very close by. It is very quiet too, and barely any noise outside as windows are strong and thick so cancels out all noise. People are very nice too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some of the issues haven’t been dealt with immediately.

Management takes a while to respond, this is the only issue.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location is really good and has good transport links everywhere. Easy to get to town. Has a Tesco around the corner. Parking is really good. The bad points are, the overall maintenance is not very good. As the locks to doors are always broken, random people can access the building from underground.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes usually by email. Hard to get a hold of via telephone. The only issue is sometimes the issue has to be raised many times before it is resolved.

That sending parcels here are not safe at all - there is an Amazon locker at the shell station so I usually send my parcels elsewhere to collect.
