Lost opportunities

It’s a great opportunity for them to do wonders but they don’t seem to. I wish they could restore the place back to its original form. A good lounge a good view from there. I miss them mate. Plus they should bring in a better parking spot for cycles and cars as well.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s good decent. Can be better especially the construction going on. It’s bad mate. The homeless people enter all the time and misuse the property

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It’s a bit better. We get some people who resolve certain problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The lounge access was never there. As in why would you charge for something that was never there

building security is a concern

The top floor lounge relax area is a joke. The building security is a concern. The people who stay here are getting weirder, the tenants are now stealing products and other stuff and blaming it on the homeless people. It’s really weird that’s all I am Gonna say.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

House land lord is good but they are very slow at what they do. The local shops know how to take advantage.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond but they take hell lot of time to respond.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

About the top floor guest/ pound area. It’s bad. And no one allows us to use it.

Very unsatisfactory

High rental cost, specially after the 20% increase last year, certainly not justified considering how long it tales for things to get fixed, dirty buildings, loads of stains, mouses running around, depredation, etc. Management doesn’t care. They passed a 20% rent increase, very abusive.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good - near underground and lots of groceries. Bad - unsafe, unclean access street not cleaned, lots of garbage.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, but took a very long time, and they tried everything to get away with not doing anything.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How poorly maintained the building would be and the absurd 20% rent increase.

Better to avoid this property if you have other options.

Design isn't good. There are certain areas which are always open and the door of the apartment isn't sealed properly, this causes severe issue during the winters. People don't close those doors on their own which causes a lot of issues for certain people.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shops are close to the place including groceries and restaurants. I'm not sure about any bars nearby. Bus station is nearby, but connectivity of that bus station is low if you are planning to go to the central London. There is an issue of litter around the entrance of building. People in the building are very anti-social and WILL not help you.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very poorly, they take a long time to respond to issues. Multiple people have to reach out for them to take action. They even leaked everyone's email IDs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

1. If I had known the management is so bad I would not have moved in. 2. If I knew other tenants are ill mannered and don't take care of the property at all I would not have moved in.

People are good. And place is nice.

It’s a good decent place. Not suitable for friendly or socializing people. Still needs a lot of changes. Management accessibility is very bad and horrible. Wish they knew what they were doing. They are very slow at what they are doing. But as a whole people are nice. It’s the system they follow is not good.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Pro:- It’s a nice group of people. Cons:- Management is not good. Lounge is not accessible. No other major amenities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very slow to respond. Most no major changes we have to do it ourselves.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Slow management. Also I won’t be able to use the lounge.
