It’s located in a quiet area, where they have a reception can have your parcel, and actually it’s quite safe compare to the woolwich center but the neighbors, you know some of them will have parties on the weekend and you can consistently smell weed

It’s pretty village like basically you got everything, many banks,4-5 big super market and even many bubble tea shops.

The transport that elizarhbeth line always have something in trouble

The development is well taken care of, everything is brand new and spacious. Only thing I personally dislike is the fact that balconies are open - have wooden floors, so if it rains it rains on you as well. And the en suite idea in one bedroom flat is very stupid.

Transportation is amazing, Elizabeth line, trains and DLR. Beautiful area around the river side, with cute pubs/cafes.

Cant think of anything, we are very pleased with the area and the flat itself.

Huge living room, with storage rooms included. Nice area.

One of the standout features of my apartment is its spacious layout. With an open floor plan, the living room seamlessly flows into the dining area and kitchen, creating a sense of openness and freedom. This not only enhances the aesthetic appeal but also contributes to a positive mood and sense of well-being. The spaciousness of the apartment provides ample storage options, allowing for easy organization and clutter-free living. Overall, the generous layout and abundant natural light make this apartment a comfortable and inviting space to live in. One of the drawbacks of my apartment is the lack of sound insulation. The thin walls and floors make it difficult to maintain privacy and peace. Noise from neighboring apartments and outside can easily penetrate the space, causing disturbances and making it hard to concentrate or relax. Additionally, the lack of sound insulation means that any noise created within the apartment, such as footsteps or conversations, can be easily heard by others. This can be particularly problematic for individuals who work from home or enjoy a quiet living environment.

The vibrant community and the spacious apartments with all smart features

What is the best feature of your home:

Good but getting expensive

When I first moved in it was good value for money, as time has gone on its become more difficult to justify the price. The design is great and the facilities are good. The parking is a hassle and I don't understand why it's so difficult to get parking when we already pay so much and the spaces are rarely filled.

The local shops are easy to access and it is easy to get to the high street. There aren't a lot of restaurants or bars ATM. Parking is a hassle, but there's little traffic noise which is good.

I wish I knew that the signal wasnt great for calling.

What is the best feature of your home:

The dual balcony on my floor is great for gardening and when we have friends over

My apartment is absolutely incredible! From the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by its charm and elegance. The first thing that caught my eye was the stunning view from the windows. Great area lots of green and peaceful. Underground parking is also very convenient and safe. All neighbours are always in good spirit

I wish I knew about the property sooner that’s my only regret.

The interior design is impeccable. The furniture choices are not only stylish but also incredibly comfortable. I love how every room has its own unique personality, yet they all flow seamlessly together.
