(2 reviews)

The Grove is located in Borehamwood and offers one and two bedroom apartments. Chilled suburban living on the edge of leafy Hertfordshire, but just half an hour into central London. All homes have their own private space and access to larger landscaped gardens. Lots of bike storage makes cycling out and about a breeze. Car parking is also made easy with allocated car parking on site.

The Grove is a well designed block and the apartments are spacious. The facilities are very standard and nothing that stands out. The block is reasonably well managed and is generally neat and tidy. There are some green spaces which are well kept. Overall it's a very nice place to li e

The development is very well designed, pet friendly and has great facilities in each flat. The fixtures are really nice. The building and property management is good and the block is kept clean. We have needed little interaction with management.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The block is very close to the train station and high street which is fantastic. Parking for visitors is non-existant, and street parking is very limited.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing really. The introduction and walk throughs provided were informative and covered most things

What is the best feature of your home:

The design really maximises the living space considering the relatively small square metres.
