Horrendous build quality, flooding, mould, building management company had to get changed only a year into the development. Entrance shutters have been broken for god knows how long meaning anyone can drive in and go into the car park, utterly insecure. Horrendous fake grass. Flat is also top hot not proper ventilation.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of dodgy people around. There is witherspoon right next to the flats which means residents are unable to sleep during summer due to loud noises from premises. Police station is right next to the development yet still get dodgy people around even the postman said he saw a drug deal going on the road, speaks for itself. Lots of traffic noise all throughout day and night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Weren't bothered at all, builder wiped their hands and management company was wiping its hand from things too. Residents were getting billed lots for poor service and nothing being done.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I had known the local area more and that people are just simply inconsiderate and how busy it gets.

Standard development really. The corridors can be really hot but other than that the building itself is nice, security is really good here too as you need keys for every single door, parking access is easy to get to, permits are provided and we also have a large bin storage.

Plenty of local shops and restaurants. Right in the town so easy for public transport, shopping is easier with it being so close .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well, fast response and they always send someone out within a couple days

Wish I knew more about parking. It was unclear when we moved in

The design is really nice and the properties are spacious and bring in a lot of light. However, property management and building are awful. They leave things not fixed for ages and a lot of properties have no hot water or heating. Rude poor service.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is in a very nice and convenient area with loads of shops and local transport at hand. It’s very accessible to get to places and back and also is surrounded by nice parks and rivers. The bad would be the issues with area would be safety at times as there can be homeless people sleeping around in bin storages or trying to enter the development.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Poorly, loads of chasing up. Partially finishingg.

I can’t fault anything in the property as never really had a problem with anything…property is just amazing and a really nice place to live. Design of the property is amazing, really nice facilities, building management is amazing and property management is good never had a problem with design. Such beautiful flooring, carpeting and the open plan that is in the building is great. Lovely blinds in the apartment as well

Quality of local shops is good always one close by Transport links are easy parking is good. Never had a problem with any antisocial behaviour. Can’t hear really any traffic noise

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It takes a couple of days for them to review any problems that I have but other than that it is good

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish that I would’ve known that I was going to be the only person on the ground floor that didn’t have a balcony
