I bought this property with my brother, as first-time buyers, and we are satisfied with the purchase. The building looks solid, and the quality of the flats is good. Yes, it has details, for example, the quality of the kitchen cabinet doors is ok, you can see some painting details when look at them closely; but overall, we think the quality of the flat is good, considering the price you paid. The garden podiums are nice, so are the gardens on ground. I hope they keep them like that.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is good. There's lots of shops around, retail and groceries alike. The high street is just 10 minutes walking, with lotsd shops and good atmosphere, and you have the Atria shopping mall, with a very good selection of shops. Oxhey park is next door. Bushey station is just around the corner, where you can take the train to central london. On the down side, the area feels a little industrial, with a lot of car showrooms and depots. The railway runs at the back of the building, and our could be annoying at times, however, I haven't lost sleep because of it either, I think they are far enough from the building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far, building management has responded quickly to any issues. When we moved we noticed the fridge wasn't working. They responded quickly, gave us a key to another flat, so we could store our food, and replaced the fridge the following day while we were at work

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Thee nearest gym is quite small and gets very busy.

Hope to stay here a long time, perfect for young couples

Overall good but rubbish collection could be better and electricity meters readings have been swapped so caused lots of confusion for the bills. Very happy with how the communal garden is kept though. Design is very modern, a perfect space for a young couple. There is lots of plugs and decent storage (always needed)

Area is optimal for shopping, a nice park and excellent transport links.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They helped with meter readings still a bit of confusion around all the bills though. I am paying for another flat and another flat n is paying ours apparently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Excellent to work from home, we just love it here! In the underground carpark there is also a charging point, which was a great surprise. The bike storage is good too but its not been used a lot, I wished there was some extra storage/lockers there

Development is ok, with private gardens which are nice. Design ok, lacks character though. Fixtures and fittings of ok standard but not very robust. Some flats get no sun, so make sure you check which way your flat is facing as you may get no sunlight at all. No visitor parking which needs reconsidering as otherwise difficult to find parking in the area.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good access to local shops, at least 2 retail parks within walking distance and Watford High Street a 10 minute walk away. No visitor parking which is an issue. Generally quiet with no antisocial behaviour. Traffic and train noise are bad as the development is sat between two train lines and a busy road that has traffic light issue which causes long queues as soon as you come out of the development.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had an initial issue with plants on the terrace attracting lots of little flies which seems to have been resolved relatively promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I had known there is no visitors parking and that I will get no sun in my flat and that the noise from trains and the road will be pretty loud.

The development has been designed and completed keeping in mind all aspects with modern design, perfect finishing, and always available after-sales team. The building management has been good maintaining the gardens and common areas always good to use and pleasant to eyes.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There have been so many good aspects of living here. The development is close to the bus stop and train station, making London so easily accessible. The development is next door to Lidl and Tesco eliminating all worries of groceries. With a shopping center and high street, 10 mins walk from the development, there is never a dull moment, with all restaurants and shopping places a stone throw away from the home.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been on top of any of the issues reported.

Absolutely perfect for a single person or a small family

It’s central to the city centre and easily accessible. The building is stunning and secure parking available. I like the fact there is gated parking. The gardens are beautiful and well kept. The apartments are spacious, with lots of storage and well insulated.
