Nice area but rising crimes

Security can be imroved. The front doors are broken . The lift doesn't tend to work . It takes 3 months to fix the lift . Inside is not that clean . Concierge is far away. It is only one concierge for the 3 buildings . No customer service at all.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I dislike the safety, the crime rate has seen rising . One of my friends got stabbed . Close to schools , close to bus stops . Good for leisure
