The area is nice and quiet and it has two shopping centres nearby with has the university of East London very close. I feel safe in the flat and walking around I also feel safe as there is nice views with good transportation links. I like my bedroom as it is big and ensuite which is perfect for me.

It's a bit out of the way so visitors don't come too often. It's quite a decent size and came partly furnished. The area feels fairly safe and in my flat does feel fairly safe which is good and I enjoy it. My favourite feature is the balcony is very nice and seeing London area night.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I think it's a bit of a walk for food shopping but it is super quiet which is nice and it's a very beautiful area.

I wish I knew it's a bit lifeless here as in there's not much to do.

The pub local to here is very nice and good people. There's good transportation links and there's easy access to where I work. The flat is spacious and in London terms I think I get good value for money, there's bigger space even though it is still expensive. I feel safe here relative to London, the walk from the station home is fine for my wife. I would add AC and people get drunk around here sometimes. They sing and make a bit of noise but it's not the worse.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like a lot about it, the view from the balcony especially and the sun is cute here

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would've known how hot the room would get during the heatwave. Because the sun shines into the house, it was very hot and there is no AC.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I would add AC and people get piss drunk around here sometimes. They sing and make a bit of noise but it's not the worse.

The area is peaceful around here but there's not a lot of things to do around here, the area is very clean which is nice, I have a bike plus the dlr which is very nice, the safety is fine I feel safe in my flat. The building gets fixed quite quickly I think by management, but I haven't had a problem.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I think there should be a superstore nearby because it's a far walk to the shopping park

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building gets fixed quiet quickly I think but I haven't had a problem

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn't know there was no superstores around here and the rent is kind of high

There isn't too much trouble in this area which is really nice, there's not much drug use or other anti social problems. I dislike nothing about the area and I'm very happy with where I life. I feel safe in my flat because I have a good concierge who looks after me. There's also a sense of community as we have a WhatsApp chat that we talk on. The view of the Thames is definitely my favourite thing about living here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like how peaceful it is. Galleons reach doesn't have much go through traffic which makes it more peaceful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing. I'm from West London but moving here it's still the same with a nice view of the thames

What is the best feature of your home:

The view of the Thames is definitely my favourite thing
