I really like that there is a nice view to the river bank. The building however looks really dull.

I like how close by all the services are including transport shopping and the doctors

The energy meters are located very far away from the flat which is an inconvenience but only slightly

What is the best feature of your home:

I like the privacy of the balconies So you can get fresh air undisturbed

The area is very convenient. All your major supermarkets: ASDA, Sainsbury’s and Tesco are nearby along with other shops. I have lived here for a while and like it

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any problems that needed to be addressed by management so far

I knew the area already so nothing took me by surprise. There has been a lots of new development in the area recently with more residences and shops which has improved the area a lot

It’s quiet, there and nice river views and clean unpolluted air. But I dislike how far it is from the station

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven’t had any problems that building management has had to reso I haven’t had any problems that building management has had to resolve

There is nothing I wish I knew before I moved in.

What I do not like is that the short cut to the area is blocked off I like its closeness to the station

Make the second room bigger as it is quiet small in my opinion.
