Absolutely love living at regents plaza! Friendly management, you are always met with a friendly smile by James when entering! Very secure so you know you are always safe! Having the gym downstairs is brilliant, the gym has everything you need from cardio to weights. Bike store inside also to ensure bikes are kept safe and out of the rain!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location, location location! Brilliant spot to live, asda 2 mins across the road, shops and salons 5 min walk from the property! Gosforth park is a 5 min walk down the road!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the wind would blow in from the sitting room window. I constantly have the heating on to try keep the living room warm. You can hear a lot of outside noise when sat at this window due to the issue. They are hoping to fix this soon so hopefully it shouldn’t be an issue going forward but it’s certainly not ideal for winter

What is the best feature of your home:

The view from my apartment! Living on the 9th floor so I have an amazing look out over gosforth, I can see the airplanes take off and landing which is amazing

The facilities in the area are quite convenient. There is a shared gym and parking lot available for residents. Inside the apartments, modern amenities such as ovens, refrigerators, and water heaters are provided, which are more than sufficient for daily living. The property management is excellent, with the front desk responding promptly to any inquiries. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, with staff arriving promptly to make necessary repairs. The only minor inconvenience is the handling of deliveries. However, most packages can be left at the apartment door, which works well enough. The building design is modern and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant living environment. Overall, the combination of well-thought-out design, excellent facilities, and responsive property management makes living here very comfortable and hassle-free.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The transportation in the area is very convenient, with several parking spaces available. Within a 500-meter radius, there are numerous restaurants offering a wide variety of cuisines. The streets are well-maintained and clean, with minimal traffic noise, which makes the environment quite pleasant. I haven't encountered any antisocial behavior in the area. Additionally, there is an efficient waste management system in place, with clear waste sorting practices. Overall, the local amenities, cleanliness, and peaceful atmosphere make living on this street very comfortable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When I raised any issues or concerns, the building management responded promptly. For instance, when my refrigerator broke down and couldn't cool, the apartment management quickly responded and replaced it with a new one within a few days. Similarly, when my water heater stopped heating, they promptly repaired it. The responsiveness and efficiency of the management have been impressive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before moving in, I wish I had known more about the apartment's facilities, such as the types of appliances and furniture included. Additionally, I wanted to know about the convenience of the location and transportation options. Lastly, information about the age of the apartment, the condition of the building, and the costs of bills and electricity usage would have been helpful.

Building’s designed very well. Sleek design in the living room and kitchen, all appliances are of a high standard and if there are ever any issues, the building manager sorts them out straight away, great service from him all of the time. Only wish there were balconies on all apartments above ground floor

Great transport links, there are sometimes issues with people from the theatre parking in the car park though. No anti social behaviour

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Normally get a message or spoken to in person by Jimmy to see if there’s any way he can fix the issues and if not he gets somebody out straight away

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Don’t sign up for a gym on the high street because there’s a mini one in the building which has more than enough equipment

We are very happy with the life at Regents Plaza

All facilities are managed well. Any concerns/issues are acted upon promptly and resolved as soon as possible. James has been really helpful through this entire time with his timely support in addressing all our concerns and helping wherever required. The entire premises feel secure with the secure access at the entrance to the building. The only extra I would ask for would be a smoking bay at some corner of the exterior of the premises so that smokers would have a dedicated spot.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We have been living here for more than a year now and we are very happy with the life at Regents Plaza. The proximity to public transport via Metro & buses, the proximity to Gosforth high street, access to stores such as ASDA, M&S Food & Sainsbury being within a short walk, make the location unmatched. Even though the location is very close to the high street, the metro & bus stops, we don't have any issue with noise. On the contrary, it's quite calm & peaceful. There aren't any cons/negatives that I can think of right now.

There wasn't anything in particular I would say separately. We moved in straight away after seeing the property.

The location, the interiors, the facilities provided .. all of it.
