Nicely designed but very expensive for this area. Based on the safety of this area it’s quite expensive. I would be able to spend this much amount, and be able to live in a much safer area. Especially after the increase after living only a year here.

Not a very safe area but there’s alot of shops. It’s a lively and happening area. Very near a station

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No problems raised. But heating went out a couple of times, it was not managements fault but they arranged for the engineer to fix it promptly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the rent would go up by 10% just after one year. I was already paying way over the going rate

This property comes with a gym which is the only amenity. The gym is excellent and never too packed. The property management is subpar. In a recent occasion I misplaced my fob, it has been over a week and I am yet to receive a replacement. It is very difficult to contact the management team. The reception team is great, never have any issues with receiving packages etc.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a diverse range of food options which is great. Transport links are pretty good as well with both the hammersmith and district line coming quite frequently. I have had zero issues with noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded to my issues, but it has taken quite a long time to get a response.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how difficult it would be to contact property management.
