Great location near good transport links, shops, schools etc. It would have been nice if there was a gym and other shops walking distance away

That we don’t fall in the catchment for the outstanding school that is advertised

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

More storage space. A garage would be great too. The dining room is a bit narrow and the guest bathroom is too big. It wastes a lot of space

Great build quality good location parking can be an issue but overall magnificent place

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very effectively always listening and take an action
