The development it’s self is well designed . The right mixture of properties. I think the lighting could have been better. As a property with no driveway, it’s great that I have allocated parking. But I think there is always an issues with visitors parking on the development. I have noticed that this is an issue in many developments these days. But whilst it doesn’t effect me too much, I can see there are issues for others.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have lived in Melbourn most of my life. Like a lot of villages post offices and banks disappear. Transport links are pretty poor from the village. We do have a great community hub.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

More development lighting needed as very dark at night

What is the best feature of your home:

Open plan kitchen and living room. Love the enclosed garden, even though one part of the fence is back to front, and I have a shed with a lock been put in the wrong way !! But this doesn’t effect me !!!
