It isn’t cleaned properly, repairs do not get done and landlord is charging a mountain of service charge for no service in return, repairs do not get done by the landlords after months of waiting and always look for a shour cut , terrible experience you have to wait hours to speak to report a emergency repair

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very poorly looked after and the landlord is very ignorant for people who are paying rent to stay , absolute disgrace

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Over 2 months and not even a update on when or what sorr of meaures taking place to sorr out the ussue

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How useless guniess is as a landlord provider and hh

Its a pretty place with a park infront and alot of places to go in the area. Transport is very conveniant amd theres very little crime around here. It is a safe area, doctors are closeby along with schools. Everybody is very helpful and friendly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of pretty places to see. Very little bins so people often litter and neighbours tend to be noisy at times.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The kids are very rude and disrespectful and noisy.

The apartment its spacious, its very nice. The apartment was new when we got here. Neighbours are nice and the area is convenient with shops, schools and services nearby. One thing is that security has dropped in the last months.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are nice views and i reallly like the open area.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The bins are located in the basement and the smell goes throuh the floor to the entrance area.
