Living in this area is very enjoyable, thanks to the excellent transport links. Hove Station is just a 2-minute walk away, and it's only a 10-minute bus ride to Brighton Station. The local shops are diverse, offering a wide range of options. There are also many good restaurants and bars to enjoy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has responded to any problems or issues I have raised quickly and effectively, ensuring that everything is resolved in a timely manner. Also, the management team communicates effectively among themselves, so there is no need to report an issue or problem more than once.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had moved here sooner :) The onsite team organizes events for residents, which is a great way to socialize. The only thing missing is a gym to make it perfect in my eyes.

Really enjoyed living here the past few months, the flat is gorgeous and there’s been no problems the staff are the kindest human beings Dan, Jamie, beck, Josh and mo are amazing front of house always a laugh. Phil and yiannis have helped out a lot, yiannis is so kind to all the doggies given the best treats to them and the best handy man. The team make this place super inviting and warm, mike who runs the place is great and definitely has a good team behind him! The co working space is great and relaxing to get stuff done, there’s a real sense of community here.

Right by hove station so super easy for travel, lovely area with beautiful coffee shops and restaurants

Couple of things to be fixed nothing major :) sink one time

At first I was wondering what it would be like living with so many apartments but it’s super quiet everything is pretty sound proof and people here are really friendly

The building is really close to the station / bus stop and taxi rank so perfect for commuting / getting around without a car. There are loads of local shops for food, coffee and supplies, plus local gym options. 20 minutes down to the seafront - it is perfect

Yes - any issues I have raised have always been responded to and resolve quickly

The building has a really nice community feel, people and staff are friendly and there are weekly socials / events

Hove Gardens is in a really convenient location. It’s right next to the train station, 10 minute walk from a wide selection of shops and a 15/20 min walk from the beach.

Yes, they have always been happy to help and have done quickly.

Love it great location nice and quite, large bin store however bins should be named no anti social behaviour
