Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking availability is poor on the street, driveways not big enough and no space to park on the road. Location is good Facilities of such a big estate are extremely poor, no local shop, promised primary school still not built. No childrens park

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Most issues have been dealt with, some we just sorted ourselves as it was less stressful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the primary school wasn't going to be built. We solely moved here on the promise the school would be open before our daughter was of school age, we have lived here 3 years and no plans have even been submitted for the school. Our daughter attends a school out of our catchment area.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's a good place which it takes only 5-10 mins drive, you can go to the local shops and cafe. Our family can go for a walk nearby but it would be better to have the play area nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Though it takes some times to contact the site manager to follow up with the defects but the outcome is excellent.

It's an excellent place where you can build your own community with very good neighborhood.

Overall it's a nice area to live in. The schools are good and the amenities were enough to service the local villages at one time but with the addition of so many houses, things have declined.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Unhelpfully. They are hard to get hold of and you get passed around.

Make sure you thoroughly check your home before sign-off.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s near to lots of different shops and close to town. Not got very good public transport in the surrounding are struggle to get anywhere without car.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very slowly. Felt lied to a lot by them once moved in.

We wish we knew how long the roads were going to take to be done.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Open Spaces are second to none and great for families and dog walkers, shops at celtic point are handy but could be more in the local area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Generally very good - the communication could be better - we dont always tend to get a response to an email but the site manager will come and knock within a day or two
