No Parking Availability On Site But Have A Garage. Close By To Shops And Supermarkets. Very Close To The Bus Station & Train Station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Through Whatsapp And Respond Immediately But Can Take 1-2 Days For Repairs

That Bins Are In The Basement Which I Dont Feel Is Safe.

Perfect location, flats are well built and modern. The only issue would be the lifts as they’re not all working and also no parking available for tenants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As soon as I get an issue in my apartment it always gets fixed very fast and I really appreciate that.

As a single mother I would have known that there was no parking available for tenants as I really needed it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is ok, most certainly not family friendly. The local area is infested with homelessness, people begging you for money constantly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Poorly, all they do is apologise but never any solutions.

The issues concerning the lifts are my main issues.

Negative:Parking system is very poor and stressful, it’s quite noisy as well. Positive: Access to loads shops and transportation. Shops like primark, boot Whitgift, close to centrale mall. Also there’s loads and Afro Caribbean shops. Trams link and west Croydon station is very close

They’re very quick to respond. I absolutely love love their method of tenant management

It solely depends on everyone’s preference. This place is visually great for anyone who loves privacy

Delta Point is a central Hub to everything, absolutely great location, you have Croydon Bus station opposite the building along with the Tram Link. You have amenities galore, from Sainsbury's, Tesco, local Greengroceries, Local Butchers all a 5 min walk. You also have West Croydon Station 3 mins walk and East Croydon a 7 min walk... In terms of traffic noise its not loud and the views from the floors of the Sunset from the higher floors are stunning!..

Very Prompt and Professional, my matter was treated with sincere concern.

Before I moved in, I wish there would of been more clarity on the 24 hr conceirge service, especially in terms of collecting packages. Also the problem with the lifts and the repetition of them breaking down is a pain, however since Stu Clay has been on the matter, we have had more lifts functioning lifts in circuit.
