Nice area , located in the main highstreet behind above a row of shops so limited parking and small side enterance into the building
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No I have been experiencing cockroaches since I moved in in June and still in October no one has been out after months of constant pushing the report for pest control, leak in bathroom and broken lock in living room along with a number of other issues still have not been addressed either
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the management and maintenance are terrible at responding out to issues , and that there is a cockroach infestation

The location is quite nice. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around. Transport is always available; a bus station and Sutton station are nearby. I have nothing to complain about the location, only the parking for the car is paid for in the Northumberland House
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They are usually responsive it takes few days to solve the issue but I m ok with that

I wish I had known the problem of the lift , and hygiene

Good amount of transport Variety of shops Very noisy at night time because of the cars going over the flyover.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They get repairs done within a week to a month and make you aware of the appointments for the repairs
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew how noisy the area was before moving in as living with a child the noise can affect their sleep during the night

Living in the local area is great as you have the station and amenities of your doorstep. Although your close to a main road and railway the noise is minimal when windows are closed.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I was originally told the bug infestation was resolved but this has not been the case. The lifts really need to be fixed aswell

That the building has issues with bugs. The bin shed was to be later relocated near my flat. The issues with the lifts

Good stuff very easy to get to Central London. Bad stuff could be a little bit more off-licences to open till late.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Usually say for example, the light goes out in one or two days someone comes in fixes it

Something I wish I knew before I moved in that the lift sometimes does not work
