Good amount of transport Variety of shops Very noisy at night time because of the cars going over the flyover.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They get repairs done within a week to a month and make you aware of the appointments for the repairs

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how noisy the area was before moving in as living with a child the noise can affect their sleep during the night

There are a lot of bin collections happening in the late afternoon and many tflrafic mouses throughout the night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very prompt most of the time but may need to help more

That you should bring your own furniture and get paint.

This is a very nice place to stay and this has more and more facilities than you need And it has an amazing view.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management team was not good because as I said the lift case earlier

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It's pretty good place to stay even the management team is a bit leggy contact the landlord for more information.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent transport links, very close to East and West Croydon stations. No big supermarkets within walking distance. A few bars and restaurants nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Several maintenance issues have arisen, ranging from small to pretty major. Some tasks, especially the simpler ones, have been dealt with reasonably quickly. But some, especially the more pressing ones, have gone weeks without being fixed (these include a broken shower and a leaking boiler).

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They will not check for maintenance issues themselves before you move in (even the obvious ones), so make sure you do a full sweep as soon as you move in and report issues straight away (and keep chasing them up). Also, a lot of families with young (and loud…) kids live here. It’s not a lot of single/couple households.

Croydon is great. Well connected to central London and with plenty of services. Definitely recommended!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They don’t provide any support, if something breaks it will be your responsibility to get it fixed. When calling they hanged up on me multiple times and then rejected calls for days.

That the place was own by Criterion, they put you in trouble.
