Living in the local area is great as you have the station and amenities of your doorstep. Although your close to a main road and railway the noise is minimal when windows are closed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I was originally told the bug infestation was resolved but this has not been the case. The lifts really need to be fixed aswell

That the building has issues with bugs. The bin shed was to be later relocated near my flat. The issues with the lifts

Easy access to all facilities is good factor and security and safety issues are bad aspects.Recently there are various crimes and robberies in this locality which breaks the peace of living in this beautiful town.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have responded to certain issues regarding safety concerns quickly when needed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It was a dream moment to live somewhere like Trafford near to the town centre having access to all facilities in a walking distance.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of Shops and restaurants near by, train and bus station 1 min walk. The parking is all paid, so not convenient for people with car.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Lift was out of service for more than 2 months, people with kids had to walk to the next lift on the other side

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The bug infestation (ants, roach and rats!), because they are breach’s on the floor they manage to enter.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is situated very next to station and so it is easily commutable to the city. But the town center is bit rough and many shops have been closed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, maintenance is pretty good in the building as they attend any issues on time and fix to it the resolution

I wish I had known on the rent increase being done every year .

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspects are that train station and town centre is nearby. Bad aspects sometimes lifts are not working.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They immediately responded to any problems arises in our flat

The rent increase too rapidly as compared to inflation and everything
