I’m impressed with the building overall. The design and build quality is lovely, everything is well kept together, the sizes of the room are great and the lighting is fantastic. The facilities are well maintained I’ve had no complaints since moving to this location. The rooms are a great size, I don’t have to worry about pests as there are none at all. The balcony had a great view and I can’t wait to use it more during the summer. The location of the development is ideal and there are a lot of amentites around and there’s 2 stations nearby which is great for commuting.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Not a lot of chain restaurants and coffee shops in the area but this isn’t really a downside as I love to support local business rather than another Pret or Starbucks.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How to switch gas / electricity provider with ease. Wish any issues experience by the previous tenants would have been sorted out before we moved in.
