The building has a great look, it's colourful. There are two lifts nut sometimes one of them doesn't work. The concierge is good, security guards and staff are nice and friendly. A bit halls of residency. There is a bike storage which is great.

It's nice and clean, easily accessible, next to Stroudly that has takeaways, dry cleaners

Not really, I share the flat with my mum who did the research.

What is the best feature of your home:

The view is amazing. We're on the 23rd floor, and when you go on the balcony you can see everything.

A recent build, it’s a modern build compared to the rest of bow. It’s also closed off so most pedestrians are residents. The development keeps the place clean and very well kept. My apartment is relatively modern, of good quality and well proportioned. It also comes with a balcony’s and private garden which most residence don’t have. A complaint would be that the walls and ceilings are very thin, and not soundproofed. Can create disputes with neighbours.

parks, very good bus links and a good location with stratford, canary wharf and the city nearby. also shops doctors every thing we need is nearby

wish i knew about the neighbours, generally quite noisy and don’t have respect for residents

I love the development, very well kept as floors and gardening maintenances every song day. There’s lots of community things going on for kids. It’s been a very positive contribution to the community. Can’t complain about the house either. Mine comes with 4 bedrooms with high ceilings and landings. It’s been very good for my family, who also enjoy living here!

Good transport links, high street, defiantly. become more safe more police patrols and security in the area

i wish i knew it was a car free zone, can only keep 1 car per household

3 bedroom apartment, which has been refurbished not very long ago, so the quality is very good for its price. I like how its very family friendly here, and the community vibe is my most favourite part. Spacious housing and surroundings are kept clean. I have no complaints i really like living here.

There is a lot of young people shouting at nighttime. More safety should be better. The security should be 24/7. In terms of the rooms I am really happy with the size and the cleanliness of the room. Sometimes bad smell from marijuana comes from the area

I dislike about this area that there is a lot of young people taking illegal drugs at around 10pm

I wish I knew before moving in here that the area is not as safe of young people
