Lovely area to live in - don’t expect your snag list to be resolved as all they do is ignore you

Design is lovely, however, snag list never gets done. You are always ignored and they over promise and under deliver with everything they do. Whilst the idea of having a new build is lovely, the after care is shocking!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

No shops near, no pubs.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No ,they have ignored all emails. They never reply

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

“Garden village” still years off yet

Chris (Owner)

Waterman’s view was phase 1 of the 10 year garden village plan. The open spaces and lakeside position is and was a great selling point. The design style of the houses varies around the village but they are all a modern style. Pinnacle manages the shared areas and does so averagely at best. Crest Nicolson the master developer have a reputation of poor communication and broken promises

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lovely concept of a garden village in theory. The master developer needs to fulfil obligations of a village district centre earlier, and maintain their areas yet to be handed over better.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Pinnacle respond but often it’s a blame game between themselves and the developer

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The true timescale for the development of the district centre. It’s known Crest Nicolson have always wanted to delay the building until forced to see it through.
