Management of property is terrible I’ve currently got a major leak which happened during lockdown and all housing association have done is replace my toilet.

Management of property is terrible I’ve currently got a major leak which happened during lockdown and all housing association have done is replace my toilet. Still have mould growing on a number of walls around my flat (including 2 walls in children’s bedroom) this cannot be repaired until after lockdown has finished. Also the rent has gone up considerably and all it’s been suggested is that I find somewhere else to live. The cleaning staff and staff in concierge are excellent and always working to high standard trying their best to help when have an issue.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Like that we are close to central London, shops are limited in area however good transport links.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

L&Q are terrible housing association do not look after tenants and their safety. Would not have moved in to the area to see such a high amount of drug activity which goes on daily and our flat including children’s bedroom constantly smelling of weed as I have windows open.
