close to town & transport links, but up hill for walking everywhere. A new building is being built next door so extremely noisy from 7am-6pm Monday to Saturday.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

poor communication, especially on the app. often ignored

There’s a new building being built next door so is extremely noisy, the fire alarms go off all the time for long durations as staff don’t know how to turn them off. Often at night. Extremely annoying.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The apartment is located in the city centre, which is very convenient for people to go to the grocery(coop, tesco). It takes 10mins to walk to the West Street and Marks Spencer.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always reply to the email quickly and solve rhe problem quickly and effectively

I would like to know the rent, room layout, and facilities.

This apartment is very cost-effective, the staff are very friendly, especially the maintenance staff, they always help us in a timely manner. The house here is large, warm and has a good location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are nice, and help us to solve all the problems quickly

The condition of the apartment needs to be explained at check-in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are several local shops available, but many are up large hills which are tiring. It is a short walk to bars and slightly more to open, green spaces. Transportation links are good from the area and fairly reliable. Parking is evenly distributed throughout the city, and there is NCP parking directly next to the building. I am unsure of the bin collection times, as there are bin cutes and a recycling collection room to empty rubbish. Not much anti-social behaviour and loud construction noise at times from next door.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Although fairly quick to respond, maintenance have taken many attempts to resolve issues.

The flat had very poor airflow and the buildup caused black mould to grow

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are lots of shops close by in the city center such as Orchard Square and is close to the tram stop for easy transport.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had a bad mold problem that keeps coming back and maintenance is trying to help but being unsuccessful.

It is at the bottom of a very big hill so can be tiring going to/from building.
