There’s a few bus stops within a 5 minute walking distance, all the shops you could ask for such a super stores, supermarkets and a vibe selection of take away places.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They respond very quickly, within hours or at least by the next day and the repair people come very quickly too.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The only thing I wish we knew before we moved, was that there’s no life to bring our stuff up to the 2nd floor but that’s really it.

Moss Side is quite a dangerous area, although this road is nice and usually fairly clean. Minimum traffic. Gets busy a few days a year for this carnival that happens in the nearby park. I've never used any of the local nearby stores bar a post office down the road. The ASDA is only a 3 min drive from here which is nice.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Usually very well and quickly. I needed a washer replaced for example and it's done instantly. They don't mess about really.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Perhaps I'd have lived on the top floor to save some issues with noisy footsteps. But I have saved some money by not doing this.

close to town & transport links, but up hill for walking everywhere. A new building is being built next door so extremely noisy from 7am-6pm Monday to Saturday.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
poor communication, especially on the app. often ignored

There’s a new building being built next door so is extremely noisy, the fire alarms go off all the time for long durations as staff don’t know how to turn them off. Often at night. Extremely annoying.

The apartment is located in the city centre, which is very convenient for people to go to the grocery(coop, tesco). It takes 10mins to walk to the West Street and Marks Spencer.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They always reply to the email quickly and solve rhe problem quickly and effectively

The apartment is in a great location, with everything within walking distance. There are plenty of parking spaces nearby, though they can be quite pricey. As for the apartment’s amenities, the gym could use more equipment, as it currently only offers free weights and a treadmill. The concierge service is excellent, with friendly staff available 24/7, especially Simon, who is particularly helpful.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Concierge are always there to assist with delivery packages or any problems.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That we were gonna have construction for over a year and they had increased the rent during this time. The main reason we had moved was for the views and the fact the views were blocked and the rent increased was very insulting.
