Parking is available. Bus stops are very close. The apartment is located in the city centre so everything is closeby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They provided immediate support and solved any issue very quickly!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are no windows in the kitchen, so during cooking the smell does not go fast.

many local shops around Greyfriars road, Coventry market and precinct mall with local bars pubs and restaurants. Train station 10min walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

yes repairs and replacement works are addressed in a few days time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

the apartment is fully furnished so no need to buy anything big.

Great proximity to city centre, universities, train station etc. Lots of parking spaces available on-site for an extra charge. Some noise in the surrounding streets at nighttime but that's to be expected in the city centre.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management is great for maintenance issues but head office/accounts communication isn't the best, sometimes received no response for days on end.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Building has five floors and no lifts, worth keeping in mind, and budget in the extra charge if you require a parking space.

Amazing apartment with bright lights, beautiful view , clean surroundings , safe parking space & peaceful neighbourhood.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes the response time is very fast ! Example I just mailed them about the shower tray and then responded right away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To be honest I would give it 9/10 it has everything expect the storage space that’s the only thing lacking rest it’s up to the mark.

huge park with local shops at 10min walk, Aldi, Boots, Poundland... also Coventry train and bus exchange station are only 10 away. available parking included in rent fee, with electric car chargers, a little bit of trafic noise due to proximity to city center and main road.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

raising and processing issues is very transparent and efficient, it's done via platform takes 1-2weeks to address issues depending on priority

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

ensuite room is usually bigger than a double room, so make sure you are okay with the space available
