Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking is available. Bus stops are very close. The apartment is located in the city centre so everything is closeby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They provided immediate support and solved any issue very quickly!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are no windows in the kitchen, so during cooking the smell does not go fast.

Good location. Cheaply made box flats.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Depends which side of the building you live on. 24/7 McDonald’s makes for very very noisy nights. Cheaply made box apartment but look nice and you can ask for the furniture to be removed. Best but is the kitchen counters they’re excellent. You can ask for the furniture to be removed (or you’ll suffer with back pain). Flats stay pretty warm in winter. Location is the best thing about this so if you don’t drive and need to commute into Manchester it’s a good place.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond quite quickly. They’ll help you with whatever you need you just have to remind them a few times.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How noisy the A6 is. How noisy the McDonald’s is especially with young kids hanging out drunk and that being the only place open. Everyone will end up near there on Fridays and Saturdays after midnight.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this area offers a fantastic range of local shops, restaurants, and bars, all within walking distance. The quality of eateries is impressive, with options for every taste, from casual cafes to fine dining. Open spaces are plentiful, providing great spots for relaxation or recreation. Transport links are convenient, with regular bus and train services nearby, though rush hour can lead to overcrowding. Parking can be challenging, especially during peak times, and while bin collections are reliable, the area can experience some anti-social behavior at night. Traffic noise is manageable but noticeable at times. Overall, it’s a vibrant community with a lot to offer.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

the management has been very Effective when you ring them so far

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Am not surprised about anything the apartment met my expectations

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is located at the centre of the Stockport city centre and just 5 minutes walking distance to the train station. The only bad thing would be the availability of the parking spots is quite limited.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As soon as I address the problem in my apartment, it only took me one day to receive a response from them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The indoor parking space is so limited that we have to wait for it.
