Very nice building with a great design and many facilities available for tenants

Very nice building with a great design and many facilities available for tenants. The management team is helpful. I would prefer if it had more parking spaces as there is no on street parking close by, that is understandable given the proximity to transport links.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great central location with easy and quick access to transport links, no accessable parking thought.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management team has been helpful with repairs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Limited parking spaces, I have been on the waitlist for some time now.

Solid Property: Modern Design, Excellent Facilities, Efficient Management

I'm delighted to share my thoughts on the various aspects of this property. Firstly, the design is commendable, offering a modern and aesthetically pleasing environment. The facilities provided are impressive, catering to a wide range of needs and preferences. Additionally, the building management team ensures smooth operations and upkeep, contributing to a well-maintained and organized space. Property management has been efficient and responsive, addressing any issues promptly and professionally. Overall, while there's room for improvement, the property stands out as a solid choice with its thoughtful design, comprehensive facilities, and effective management.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in my area is truly convenient and enjoyable. The range and quality of local shops, restaurants, bars, and open spaces are excellent. There's a diverse selection of establishments to choose from, offering high-quality goods and services. Transport links are readily available and convenient, making it easy to get around the area and beyond. While occasional problems with transport links exist, they are minimal and easily manageable. On my street, living conditions are fantastic. Parking availability is generally good, and bin collections are prompt and efficient. Anti-social behavior is rare, contributing to a safe and peaceful environment. Traffic noise is minimal, allowing for a serene living experience. Overall, everything is well-balanced, making it a delightful place to call home.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick response, appreciated the efficiency, Effective and to the point

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Insights beyond the ordinary viewing are invaluable. While this property has its merits, like its convenience, noise levels should be considered, particularly near McDonald's. Potential residents should be aware of this aspect. Otherwise, it's a decent place, but noise-sensitive individuals may want to take note.

Interior designing is nice. Been living in this apartment for the last 3 years. Its a nice and cozy home for us. It is quiet and comfortable. Although it is right next to Macdonald, we never had experienced any problems. The management has been very kind and Co-operative with us.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good area in terms of facilities, close to the train station. The motorway is also just a few minutes drive.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had an issue with a leak and the management responded on time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We didn't cover our balcony from birds and now it seems like a mess.

Great place to live!

Good design and interior decoration. Especially love the roof garden which is great in summer. Gym & cycle storage space are good as well. Mail room with CCTV for deliveries to be dropped off in so parcels are safe until you return. It’s well-kept with cleaning of common areas done at least weekly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Super close to train station, McDonald’s opposite, walking distance to shopping centre. Generally a great location. However no free parking for guests :(

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly and without any fuss. The building management is quite helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Depending on where your flat is, the main road is nearby and there’s often blaring ambulances passing by. Not bad if you’re a deep sleeper like me

Apartments are well finished and warm

R (Tenant)

The Mailbox, SK3

Nov 2022

Apartments are well finished and warm. However, they do tend to get too hot in the summer. On the plus side, not much heating is used in the winter. A free gym is available in the basement and there is a roof patio for leisure. However, indoor social spaces are somewhat lacking ( there is a central atrium, but this is overlooked by a lot of flats and therefore using it for social gatherings is not convenient).

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent transport links with buses and trains from Stockport station, great public transport and driving link to Manchester airport, development is very close to a variety of shops. Unfortunately, parking in the development is limited and while multistory third party parking is available, it is more expensive. Traffic noise from Wellington Road is also noticable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management generally responds appropriately although occasionally responses could be faster.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish we'd known how hot the flat would get in the summer. The rooms are very generously sized but because of this, they tend to get quite dark as while the windows are very large, they are located at the end of the long rooms.
