Great range of local businesses, shops restaurants and bars, lovely park on the doorstep and a vibrant community. As with everywhere in London there are pros and cons with living in a diverse area but it's what makes it so great!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have in full all snagging rectified. No complaints

Nothing major to report. Just be aware of timeliness that can shift.

The proximity to Hackney Downs is priceless. Many trendy shops and cafes in close distance. Very friendly neighborhood with a community feel. Commuting is more convenient in the area if you have a bike.

How friendly the community is and the value of having the park nearby.

What is the best feature of your home:

The park and large size of the balconies with beautiful views.

Its right on the Downs Park and very close to amazing restaurants and cafes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In a very swift and professional manner, have not had any issues whatsoever with management yet.

The large size of the balconies - in a good way I was expecting them to be much smaller.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Otto is within walking distance to London Fields, Hackney Central, Dalston, Stoke Newington and Chatsworth Road and so is well located for all local amenities, restaurants, green spaces and shops.

Different suite in bathroom (sink is too flat and doesn't drain well)

It's right on the park and near the shops.

Overall the property is really amazing and the tenants are all really interesting people.

Better cycle room security, there have been a number of thefts.
