Wonderful development with great views and lovely community

A striking design, very high quality materials and finishes (thriple glazed shucho windows, comfort cooling and much more) with dreamy views over London and the Dawn. Plenty of communal space and a very unique sense of community make this a very special development. It's really a perfect combination.

Great range of local businesses, shops restaurants and bars, lovely park on the doorstep and a vibrant community. As with everywhere in London there are pros and cons with living in a diverse area but it's what makes it so great!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have in full all snagging rectified. No complaints

Nothing major to report. Just be aware of timeliness that can shift.

Extremely well designed building with access to several interesting areas (Stoke Newington, London Fields, Lower Clapton, Dalston). The building is unique from other new builds with high specs and beautiful architectural design. There is a wellness room which serves as a small gym for residents and concierge services are always extremely professional and friendly.

The proximity to Hackney Downs is priceless. Many trendy shops and cafes in close distance. Very friendly neighborhood with a community feel. Commuting is more convenient in the area if you have a bike.

How friendly the community is and the value of having the park nearby.

What is the best feature of your home:

The park and large size of the balconies with beautiful views.

I am very happy with the design, facilities, building management and property management of the Otto. We have a 4th floor communal rooftop garden and a wellness room. Additionally, the balconies in the two beds are very large and create a lovely outdoor space. The management has been super efficient and lovely to deal with.

Its right on the Downs Park and very close to amazing restaurants and cafes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In a very swift and professional manner, have not had any issues whatsoever with management yet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The large size of the balconies - in a good way I was expecting them to be much smaller.

The building is well designed and includes a large underground bike store (although this easily could have been a car park), two gym rooms, a rooftop terrace. Balconies are large with fantastic views. Finishes are to a high quality.

The Otto is within walking distance to London Fields, Hackney Central, Dalston, Stoke Newington and Chatsworth Road and so is well located for all local amenities, restaurants, green spaces and shops.

Different suite in bathroom (sink is too flat and doesn't drain well)

It is a beautiful building on Hackney Downs, with good facilities including a weights gym/yoga room. concierge and communial terrace. The townhouses and apartments are all high spec and include top quality kitchens and appliances.

Overall the property is really amazing and the tenants are all really interesting people.

Better cycle room security, there have been a number of thefts.
