Lovely place to live!

The development is very safe and always clean. The development is right on city road basin which is soo beautiful especially in the summer. The location is amazing as so close to central London so literally walk everywhere. Also, the tube is super close if needing to to go to a different area

Amazing shops and can work into central!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Within a couple of weeks things get fixed by ringing clarion.

Service charge is very expensive!

The development is nice. It's a shame that some flats in the orchard don't have access to the main gardens of dance square or the gardens behind the orchard. This would have helped alot during lockdown. The concierge is amazing. He goes out of his way to make us feel happy and puts a smile on our faces every time we see him

The area is very well connected and gives an opportunity to walk to work

The community is very creative and has a good feel to it. The decor is very modern and the kitchen is very well designed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

Add a balcony and make the walls thicker and better insulated.

The development is great but it's a shame that it's across student halls because sometimes they have parties. Otherwise the location is great, the service is second to none and it is very cheap for the apartment we have. I would stay here for a few more years.

The area is connected well its close to the city where I work

That there was no access to the back of orchard where the garden is.

What is the best feature of your home:

The living room as it allows for a good space for me and my flatmate
