Lots of great independent restaurants and bars nearby. Lots of noise from the street. Parking is very limited around here.

Heating bill keeps rising despite gas rates going down.

What is the best feature of your home:

Just a regular non descript new build. No ooutstanding features.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Excellent área, good transport and to near schools, hospital, supermarkets. Only 5 minutes St Pautl Cathedral

Good reputación od one housing group , this complex is very near central london

What is the best feature of your home:

Only refurnished bsthroom and kitchen, the unita have more 10 years gave good condition but will better exhange

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s quiet around, but all 3 tube stations are far away. Shops are pretty close. The area itself is unsafe — recently one person was murdered and a few residents reported being robbed / threatened. Council isn’t particularly good removing waste, especially recyclable — sometimes it takes more than a week.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, never experienced problems with the management

Not particularly safe neighborhood, Problems with hot water

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good selection of local shops, restaurants, bars, markets and parks nearby. Lots of traffic noise from the street. Parking is very limited.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Poor response and very poor maintenance from the building management company.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I would know the sound insulation is so bad. You can hear neighbours' dog and music all the time.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is quite good, not too busy. There are not very many restaurants/bars just near the building, but there are a lot of great places near Angel/Old Street tube stations, 15 mins walking from the building

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had an issue with the entrance door, and they fixed it in a couple of days, so I'm satisfied with it

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The spa/pool is not working half of the time without any reason/estimates when it's back. And you'll continue paying for this, of course
