Facilities and stuff super helpful a new concierge every months shoreditch near by we love it I take bus to uni. Two bedroom flat spacious management coming to repair few time but finally sorted. A bit noisy

Building fantastic bars gym super well maintained everything gets fixed super quickly gallery near by denote all food with great wine bars old street tube near by happy with the canal. Privacy inside the building. Sunset ok

There is an excellent selection of restaurants, bars, clubs and shops all within very easy walking distance. I travel a lot for work and the transportation links are excellent. Sometimes it can be a little noisy but not too bad.

Good in just about all respects but it does feel a little artificial.

Investigated a lot prior to moving in so there were no surprises.

The location is fantastic with everything I need in short walking distance such as shops, restaurants and travel links. The underground is an easy walk. I have only been here a short while but would certainly recommend it.

There are several elevators, and a concierge. The apartment is modern and spacious. There's a cooling system that is eco friendly so there is not airconditioning. It's cool in the summer and does not use electricity.

Great facilities and location, but not super close to the tube station

I thought every flat has a balcony , not all of the do
