High quality and specification apartments with spectacular views from the higher floors.

High quality and specification apartments with spectacular views from the higher floors. Some of the best terrace views in London. Building management is excellent with efficient 24hr concierge. Floor to ceiling windows and air conditioner are included in all living areas and bedrooms. Living areas are surprising spacious for such a central flat with larger kitchen / lounge / dining room.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Fantastic location near to Southwark tube and delights of the Southbank. Great selection of restaurants nearby including the street food markets of Flat Iron Square and Mercato Metropolitano. Also considering proximity to London Bridge and the Tate the actual area is not particularly busy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A fantastic location which you only really appreciate living here. Walking distance to the City, London Bridge and very easy access to the tube.

What is the best feature of your home:

Overall design of the apartment which is high quality throughout with limestone floors and brass detailing.

Space in the flat is great. It is not too small for being in central. Everything is high spec and modern. It is definitely one of the best flats i have lived in. We got a 24 hour concierge who helps with everything, which is great. Building management is also really good and efficient. An important thing to know is the roof top garden is just for the penthouse, so normal flats cannot access it. The design is okay but I feel space could have been better distributed. The master bedroom is very large and en-suite, making the other rooms feel quite small in comparison.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport is great. We are very close to the station so it is very easy to travel around. We also got many grocery stores as Tesco ans Sainsbury's nearby which is great. The area in general is quite safe. I think I just heard of an incident of someone getting robbed near sainsburys but that is normal in any big city. The only issue is there is a bar under the building so it is quite noisy when we open the windows. Luckily the staff working there tends to ask customers to keep it down if they are being too loud.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is very good and efficient with any complaints. The concierge as well is gret as he helps with all types of issues or refers you to the right person.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything is just as I expected it to be when I moved in.

The flat is very modern and spacious. Storage space is alright but could be better. The design is definitely the best feature. I like there are so many windows and have a great view. Building management is fine. I have never had any issues. The concierge is really good as well.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport is very good. The tube station is so close it is easy to get everywhere around. Most things I need are even walking distance away. There are lots of shops around as m & s , which is good, The area might be a bit noisy but it is central so it doesnt really bother me.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I knew what i was getting so there were no surprises.

What is the best feature of your home:

The design of the building and the flat is definetely my favourite feature. The interior is very terior.

My favourite location around London

I love my flat. It is very modern and spacious. The view especially is amazing. I have lived all around London and this is by far my favourite location. Building management is perfect. The concierge is great. The building is always very clean and well mantained. It is very high spec and everything is really new as it is just 2 years old. The only issue I can find is the building tends to be quite warm. We got AC inside the flats, though.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport is perfect. Traffic can be quite bad if you drive but the tube system is great and very accessible. The area is relatively safe for such a busy place. Shops around here are perfect. Everything needed is nearby. Restaurants in the area are also lovely. My favourite is an Israeli resturant nearby. It can be a bit noisy at times, but luckily the building soundproof system is great so we cannot hear anything.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I pretty much knew everything about the building before moving in so there were no surprises.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

If I could add something to my flat I would like to have a balcony or outdoor space.

Lovely views, not much space

A (Owner)

Sept 2019

The building is in a very convenient area and the facilities are good however we struggle with space. I have a 19 year old daughter so she needs space for her clothes but her wardrobe is tiny, and her room is not big enough for a larger one. Wish we had gas hobs not induction. Some rooms don't have much light and we don't have a balcony and windows dont open properly.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very safe at night and child friendly. There are lots of great restaurants around, Dishoom being our personal favourite (5-10 minutes by Uber) The traffic is very in the area though, to drop my daughter in kensington driving is impossible so we take the tube.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we knew that the windows opened properly! Didn't think we would have such an issue with space.

What is the best feature of your home:

The views from the building are amazing, and the area is central and convenient.
