The development itself speaks for itself as they haven’t fell short on the interior. It’s beautiful, modern, and well assembled. Building management is not great, long replies, and over promises and under delivers, same as the aftercare team unfortunately

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspects are local to good schools, transport, close to London, and in a family friendly neighbourhood. Bad thing.. a lot of kids use the road as a shortcut so lots of noise at times. On the back on a main road so a bit of noise but expected

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Awful. Would really reconsider hiring another company, along with aftercare. Shocking communication at times.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known this place would be having parking permits. I should be able to have anyone I want park in my parking spot as I’ve paid for it, I should NEVER have to pay a parking fine to use my own parking spot. Especially when they give you zero grace period whilst going to get the car park permit I come back down and my cars already got a ticket.

I personally love the modern finishes and a great amount of detail has gone into the design

The design and finishes of these homes are to a high standard. I personally love the modern finishes and a great amount of detail has gone into the design of these places. Building management/property management I would certainly not recommend. They’ve been helpless trying to get in contact with them and would advise them to seek another company to manage the building

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is lovely with good schools, public transport, and great cafes. Parking is fine but need permits which isn’t ideal. The bins are slightly smelly but this is expected obviously. Noise doesn’t seem to affect me personally.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve had appalling responses from the management company and aftercare and would not recommend them

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good -That the people seem lovely and a joy to be neighbours with. Bad - good luck getting any constructive help through management or after sales.

The apartments are well-designed and spacious; the nearby trees add privacy and cool the building in summer. The insulation and the provided white goods work well. The worktops and kitchen cupboards could however have been better, and a lift would have been good.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location for bus travel; close to post office, cornershops and takeaways; walking distance to Ashford High St which has more shops and a gym. Unfortunately traffic is frequent and can be noisy, and there has been some antisocial behaviour from children and teenagers coming onto the private land.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had some response to issues raised during the survey and exchange, including a loose toilet roll holder and bathroom lights.

Residents are friendly and we do help each other

Overall design of the development is great

Overall design of the development is great and it is finished to a high standard. The external and internal finish is often complimented as being one of the nicest developments in the area. The development is well lit at night times marking the area feel safe and secure. A couple of things we would note to improve: - misleading and inaccurate marketing materials. Our property was intended to have an external path however this was not provided despite being on every marketing image produced of the development. - the management company could be better. Very difficult to contact and have little involvement with the site. - the development is still unfinished almost a year after being built with no permanent road access.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is in a very good location with good transport links, good access to schools and local shops near by. Suitable parking is available on the development however the design of the parking allocation is very random and little thought seems to have been applied when the parking allocation was designed. Some apartments have more than one car and so an option to purchase a second car parking space would have been beneficial.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes to most, no to more complex issues. We still also have snags outstanding that were raised 9 months ago.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The property was not going to match the marketing materials and representations made during the sales process.
