I love the design of. My home, the management are so helpful I'd highly recommended them to everyone and if you ever have question the team are ever so helpful. I love my home and like to keep it in good state if nything ever goes wrong they come straight away and fix it covid friendly

Amazing. The people are so nice so much to do around here and to eat!! I love it. Parking isn't a issue and you get the odd traffic but it won't put you off.

Modern development, designed to look good and meet contemporary home comfort. The property is located within the Hilton Campus and consists a spacious lounge with french doors that open to a sizeable balcony.Bright and spacious living areas, decorated in neutral tones.The fitted kitchen/diner includes integrated fridge and freezer, washer dryer and a dishwasher and there is ample space for a dining table and chairs. There are two excellent storage spaces throughout with additional cupboards within the hallway. The master bedroom features built in wardrobes along with an en-suite and the second bedroom also has built in wardrobes. The family bathroom features a shower over bath. The property has gas central heating and double glazing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Leafy grounds and well maintained. Modern apartment blocks with residents parking.A great place to raise a family. The development is ideally situated for those working at ARI or Aberdeen University. Aberdeen City Centre is within walking distance although there is a regular bus service to the city centre.Aberdeen Beach is a ten minute drive away where there is a great golf course and numerous recreational facilities.

Very quiet neighborhood. Living in this quiet area has a positive impact on my health.

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

The quality of the carpet is excellent however I would prefer a darker color as it is more practical. Dark carpet colors won’t show dirt or stains as easily as light carpet colors, and they require less work. You won’t have to vacuum and shampoo them as often, and you’ll spend less money on professional cleaning.

Very pleasant surroundings - very well maintained by the management company - light with views over the North Sea. A good mix of property sizes, from single bed to 3 bed. Good transport links and easy access to local schools, hospital and Aberdeen's town center.

Ideal location for hospital and university and only a few minutes from the train station and the airport is only 15 mins away. Bus links are also excellent

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had no issues worth reporting, there are though, yearly meetings where all residents can attend and ask questions

None to speak of - the Developer answered all our queries promptly and efficiently

The area is friendly and quiet. Only a 10 minute walk to the nearest supermarket. Close to ARI for working. Green space and trees are great. It would be nice if there were some picnic benches for residents. Building and grounds are well maintained.

It may have been useful to know there is limited bike storage space.

Our home is spacious and modern. It is well insulated and warm. Everything works really well.

Great place to live almost perfect.

The design of the buildings are great the well built however there is some noise pollution sometimes from Neighbours I would consider this a design flaw. Everything is in walking distance the city centre is 20 minutes away supermarkets are very close you can get everything without having a car. However the buildings and surrounding areas are very well kept if anyone was wanting to move to Aberdeen this is the place to live it's not perfect but it's pretty close.

There isn't much to dislike about the area it's well kept clean safe and a great place to raise a family it's walking distance from the supermarkets and a 20-minute walk into the city centre it also has a great park surrounding it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management have responded to quickly and did a great job.

Building management have responded to requests and repairs promptly.
