Poor design overlook each other no privacy balconies overlook each others gardens so very overlooked feel squashed Houses are thin no soundproofing can hear when someone in the toilet and showering etc. no soul and have a stepford wives feel ?? Overpriced for both rental and purchasing houses have no substance

Asda in walking distance local newsagent for bits on the social housing estate within walking distance parking good have bays but people still park on pavements why? Bin collection good more social behaviour weekend nights

Wish I hadn’t moved in tbh hindsight is a wonderful thing just not for me no community feel as I have no neighbours they all rentals or used for holidays ???

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature i suppose is that the property is a blank canvas

The houses are designed well and it’s nice having a balcony. I’ve lived here for a year now and am enjoying it still. I’d only move for a bigger house eventually. The garden is a good space and it’s helpful having a walled garden especially having a dog in the house.

Great open spaces and build quality. Houses are spaced out and created a nice community.

Not much as I knew people on the development

Balcony is the best feature to me. It’s nice for the summer days and nights

It's a lovely quiet location, which feels like a friendly little self contained community.

So finally a few months of living in our lovely new home It's a lovely quiet location, which feels like a friendly little self contained community. Building management has been slightly hit and miss with some things being attended to immediately and to a good standard but sadly a few things I'm still chasing and are therefore outstanding. On the negativeside i've had to contact estate management about the unkempt grass area to the front of our property and sadly this is still unsolved. Overall its a lovely place to live with my family.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good parking facilities for a new development. Bin collection's are spot on. Very quiet with hardly any traffic noise

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would recommend looking a little more closely to all the small details, mainly the finishing off touches and not just at the layout and furniture and don't be frightened about asking too many questions

What is the best feature of your home:

Plenty of washrooms and a lovely bright, airy, separate lounge

Good design and value for money. Lots of green and parking spaces. Can’t say anything regarding management since to short since I moved in. Excellent internet connection options to work from home. Close to supermarkets and main roads. Close to M25 and airports.

I can truly say this is an excellent place to live. Quite, walking distance to shops and primary schools. Bus connection and leisure centre in walking distance. Main road schedule be improved in 2023.

Still under construction which you have to take under consideration.

What is the best feature of your home:

Excellent location, green and quiet. Walking distance from leisure centre and small forest.

The design is good, however with the one bedroom flat I definitely think there needs to be more storage space especially for like suitcases and stuff as there is no loft or garage for this. Property management is okay, the bins are missed every so often so we have to bring them in and out but other than that it’s okay.

Very nice and quiet in the area we live in, very clean and well kept.

That it’s a lot harder to enforce restrictive covenants than you’d think!

The colour scheme and spacious living room and kitchen
