I feel settled and at home. Management are very efficient and easy to contact. Everything it up to standard. So far I can say I am very happy with the service being provided and I am enjoying settling in to my new home. I can’t wait to actually get involved with the activities going on.

The people are nice and welcoming everything is in order. The area is quiet and safe. I feel comfortable in the area

Almost immediately very fast and efficient easy to contact

There is nothing because I was told everything prior and so far everything has been up to expectation.

Good place to live in a time of transition

Design , good design Good common spaces. The large kitchen and gym stand out in the building. Facilities, good and clean facilities, Building management , good Property management. good The only suggestion I have for the place to change is that they should implement more sustainable practices and be animal-friendly.

Pros :Good location near waterloo. The area is safe and there are supermarkets nearby and many cafes. many facilities. Everything including. Good and friendly staff Cons: There is not parking availability, not pet friendly

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has responded to problems or issues immediately by reporting them. Ethlin has solved my problems efficiently, even whenever I have had questions she has taken the time to explain to me.

I had all the information I needed before moving to this place.

Everything is amazing I couldn’t say a bad word about the place - to be improved, kitchen facilities, plates and other utensils are lacking - also we need another laundry space / 6/8 more machines. The design of the place and the music is great, wouldn’t change much

The area is really nice, the town is lovely and rail links are great - parking would be nice if possible

Great - the team are amazing and fix every problem very quickly

It would have been nice to see the actual room I was going to live in

The building’s design facilities are good. The people at the reception are very helpful. The rooms could have been designed a bit bigger. There are unuseful spaces between the bed and the window. The washing machines are old and leave dirt in it. They could have replaced with new ones.

The location to the train station is excellent. Bean and hop and Danny Martin are very good cafes to visit.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were very helpful. They fixed maintenance issues very fast.

The ambassadors could change more often for the events.

I honestly could not recommend Sunday Mills highly enough. Every member of staff, makes you feel like you’re part of this big family, with their kindness and support. Being here for almost 2 years, I don’t see myself living anywhere else, because they have spoiled me rotten. lol - special shout out to Ethlin, Amares, Ash and Marco. Thank you for making Sunday Mills a place to literally call home, not only for me, but for many other residents!

Building is great and every member of staff feels like a member of family. I cannot thank you enough for the great service!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick response to any maintenance request. Just raise a ticket and they sort it right away !

Before moving into Sunday Mills, I had never heard of co-living.. and what a beautiful surprise it was!
