Great area, close to amenities & easy access to transportation, close to parks & river and lovely walks

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes but not resolved the issue and lacking in a resolution

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Viewed for the first time the day prior to completion and basically forced to complete as assured all issues we raised would be dealt with swiftly. 3 years on still have issues

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Location couldn’t be more perfect. Even though it’s on the main road, you can barely hear it. The transport links are brilliant, there’s a bus stop directly outside the development and the mainline train station is a short 10 minute walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had a few problems which have mostly been dealt with quickly, although some things I have had to chase repeatedly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

My only issue would be I wish we were in sooner as we were delayed by 3 months.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Bus stop opposite, close to main town, issues with visitor parking and bin collection not happening so bins left out for weeks, too many dogs on site, do have a good local pub, we now have a good block manager

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes met with block manager has looked at our cost and changing contractors who are cheaper

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking no visitor spaces no one can visit me but overall safe and easy living nice community made some good friends here

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location close to town, excellent walks along the river & local parks. Good transport links with good local amenities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

This has been hit & miss, some issues dealt with promptly but after over 2 years of living here we are still waiting on some major issues to be dealt with.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish we had not bought off plan without confirmation of the layout such as kitchen design.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good parts are how close we are to the local town and train station. Even though we are close to a motorway we never hear any traffic. The only bad part can be trying to leave the complex and get onto the round about.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been brilliant. We had a leak and they helped out straight away and as much as they could even though it was not Weston homes fault.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we had of known how difficult it is for visitors to park. There is no visitor parking and not anywhere close they can park.
