One side of the building is very close to the train station and it is a bit noisy while the train is passing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond very quickly and appropriately as soon as possible

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The proximity to the rail station is a bit inconvenient in some flats

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Close to Sutton High Street, very safe and clean. Well-maintained. Any repairs/issues are promptly attended to. The only issue is parking. We don't have many parking slots below, and have to park outside or in the adjacent building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues were promptly addressed. We have a handyman (Kevin) who comes immediately and addresses any issues. Things that require coordination with external teams are well-informed and fixed.

Parking - There is no parking facility on the premises, which is difficult and expensive.

Sienna house has a great layout and facilities The terrace and study area are great as well as the gym The building is quiet and bun room is large and accessible The table tennis is great but would be nice if it was put in a less windy spot

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management quickly responds to all requests All types of queries are answered on the same day

Nothing - my viewing was great and I was shown all the features

The good thing is Sienna house has access to reputable F schools, making it attractive for families. Educational facilities can be a significant factor for those with children. Bad thing is about the noise from the train

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Overall is satisfied but public area is carelessly not maintained eg the movie room is so filthy and TV sound is not working for months still not fixed.

Don’t have to much expectations, always ask for help and back up.

Very close to train station and high street. Neighborhood friendly for children as it is very close to Manor park and Chashalton park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very responsive, the management team try their best to attend the tenants demands.

There is no relevant subject I would know before moving.
