Design is great, does look similar to previous development although could have been more traditional looking with chimneys etc like old estate but overall the design, facilities etc are all good and the estate is well maintained. Local shop is good and pleased this was planned.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Fantastic area. Well spaced out, large driveways, looked after estate etc. would recommend and buy again from TW.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes and resolved within a reasonable timeframe. Many thanks.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No comment in regards to this as I had lived in the local area anyway.

Living in this spacious 2 bed third floor flat, it has the great size for a family just starting out. The room are of great size enough so no everyone is cramped and all given room to move or even have their own space. The kitchen is open planed so there great room to be able to cook and socialise in there plus the added bonus of a large balcony great for opening the doors and letting the lovely summer breeze in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Now we have a newly fitted co op getting to the shops has become so much easier and also being 10 mins between Tesco oxley or the shopping district at westcroft there no hassle walking or even getting to the shop.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick and efficiently and where able to get the problems dealt with

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That it would be a very quiet area and not very busy for someone coming from a busy town

The design and layout is great, the roads aren’t small and there are plenty of places for parking unlike some of the nearby developments. There is a local shop and the area is maintained well. There is an abundance of open spaces and places to walk and also wooded areas. It’s very close to lots of shops and the local pub is within walking distance. The only issue is the lack of dog waste bins which can cause issues.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Beautiful area to live in, very close to lots of amenities, and now also has a local co-op shop. Lots of open spaces, woodland areas and parks. I can’t fault kingsmead

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not raised any issues but landscaping is done quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d had known that I would not be able to have an electric charger on my property. If you live in a terraced house this is not possible

Really lovely house with spacious open-plan downstairs with a kitchen island and good sized bedrooms upstairs and nice toilet and bathroom. Really happy with the vinyl flooring too that was already fitted in the kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The garden is really nice, too.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There isn’t any shops or restaurants in this area, but it’s only a 20 minute walk to the westcroft district centre with a few shops and places to eat there.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That it would take almost a year for the house to be put on google maps. This was a problem while trying to get taxis, food deliveries or even furniture on finance.

I really can’t fault kingsmead and Shakespeare park. The area is beautiful and close to local amenities. Lots of places to walk and great for the kids as well as adults. The build of the property could be better as the walls are quite thin however I do love my home and the area makes up for it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Beautiful area to live in and lots of local amenities within walking distance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

More about the build prior to moving in however happy overall

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

I would change the thickness of the walls to prevent noise
