Great place to live.

I really like that it’s modern, the communal rooftop has a great view and clean. Facilities are well maintained, noise levels are reasonable considering the train is very close by. Design is very nice and sleek. Building management seems to have a handle on everything.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s very central, I can walk to all main attractions and things to do in London. It’s safe but nearby there’s many dark stores / Warehouses that make the street or area seem suspicious.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There have been no issues Raised so far. I have not had the need.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew the noise of the train was quite loud when the windows are open

Great place to live in central London

Nicely designed modern building. Good cycle storage with plenty of space and well designed shared roof terrace. Building management is adequate - generally responsive but can take time to sort simple issues - for instance over a month to arrange new working access fob.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Extremely central with great transport links. Easy access to central London and the West End - able to walk to most the major sites of London in 20 minutes or less!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management also respond and are generally helpful. Some smaller issue like new access fobs have been a little slow.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lower marsh has some of the best coffee shops in London! Archbishops park has some great touch rugby leagues to join.

The Sail Street development is light and airy with access to the roof terrace with panoramic views of London. The flats are well designed, and perfect for one person or a couple. The layout has been carefully considered and works well. The bike store and post area are also perfectly fit for purpose.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of Sail street is excellent for access to the whole of London. You are a 10-15 minute walk from both Waterloo and Vauxhall, and even closer to Lambeth North. There are amenities only a short walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is ok, but not always particularly speedy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Network rail perform maintenance fairly often at night. This hasn’t bothered me but is worth considering if you are a light sleeper.

Good enough flat

Beautifully designed, not much facilities but bike storage and communal space on top floor with nice view of London is a huge plus point. Quality of the build is only so so. I can hear noises from upstairs quite loudly. However, being so close to the train tracks, it's good good soundproofing system.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location, close to tube / bus station. Many nice restaurants around. Street is always clean and tidy

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have problems with flickering light issues, no response from them yet

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew how bad the soundproofing system is between different floors.

Worst flat I have lived in

Stephanie (Owner)

The soundproofing is terrible! This is the worst place I have lived in London. You can hear everything from your neighbours. Vacuum, furniture moving, TV, talks, steps. The noise is constantly there so it is impossible to rest. The flats were made with low quality materials.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location. 10mn walk from Lambeth North station.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would have known about the bad soundproofing.

What is the best feature of your home:

The design of the flat, the natural light and the rooftop.
