The building management look after the property of an issue arrives once logged it’s quickly dealt with. The property is suitable for a family with 2 bathrooms and even a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer installed when you move in. Ideally the gardens need a bit of work as there could made to look a bit better. As they and no much pavement to install shed or sitting area

Lovely house In quiet location. Next to canal for lovely walks. House keep warm in the cold so energy efficient. At Halloween and Christmas the street is decorated amazing by residents. Local bus stop is a short walk away. Local schools in walking distance too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When any issues have been logged the building management team have also worked quickly and efficiently

The neighbourhood has a family vibe to it, very friendly environment .

Lovely small property works well. Designed satisfactory. Managed very well by live difrent. Any issues resolved quickly with a quick email explaining problems . Facilities available are very good Estate managed well and kept clean . Gardens kept trimmed Estate looks lovely

Lovely small properties for small families. Good for shops near by very close driving distance . Could do with 2 parking spaces as opposed to just one. Still no issues parking on the road however do have to park in front of neighbours house. Lovely open space to walk around the estate .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes . Always respond fast with any issues that have come up and kept well informed .

Building and property management is good. Kept updated by email regularly. Design of the house and neighbourhood is good. So far have not had any maintenance issues other than a leak from the shower in the bathroom but this was resolved quickly. Very happy overall

Close enough to local shop. Lovely canal side nearby for walks. Parking is an issue for me with neighbours cars parking over my driveway. On the whole very peaceful and well kept street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Resolved the water leak quickly and efficiently despite being in the middle of a lockdown

Nothing negative to say. Not many issues of crime on the development that I am aware of.

We love living on Regis Park and LiveDifRent have been great landlords they really look after their tenants and arrange lovely activities in summer and at Christmas. The estate is tidy and well looked after. If we have raised any jobs to be done on fix flow the communication and speed to have things resolved has been very good.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We love this area, we had previously looked at buying a property on here. Right by the Canal and a local nature reserve, Close to local schools and bus routes. Bin collections are weekly we had some disruption during covid lockdowns but only for short periods of time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

With a speedy response and always productively and issues have been resolved quickly.

Well we moved in without seeing the property as it was during covid lockdown but as we had visited the development previously l.
