It is such a good, spacious and modern vibe to the home, the area is quiet and never have bother also the area it is in it’s accessible to everything buses shops and parks this is especially good if you have young children! And the service of the landlord is so good

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The property is in a very family friendly area so good for if you have young ones everything really local

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes we had a problem with oven and got fixed within the week

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing everything up to par , everything is literally as I expected

Nice family home

The design is nice but there are many flaws within the house such as having the toilet in the kitchen. This room has no window either so it's not great. Kitchen wasn't built properly either as all cupboards are slanted. However, the rest of the house is beautiful and we enjoy living here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are a couple of shops, no traffic and nice neighbours but there is a lot of antisocial behaviour on the estate. There is also a terrible sewage smell that no one can seem to shift.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Our building manager has been amazing with our issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The antisocial behaviour is a huge problem and if I had known about it before, we wouldn't have gone for this house. But this is not down to the landlord.

Living in our Kirkby home

The property is beautiful and it’s great to have a garden and driveway. But some parts of the house are getting tired after 5 years being in use. The drains are the only real downside we have had over the time here which hopefully a long term solution can be found soon so that they don’t block and cause problems in my house again.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good schools and nice park near by in Saxon green. The land being cleared is much better than when we moved in. Problems people leaving bins out, the drains when they play up and the males on motorbikes riding recklessly. The burnt pub being sorted would improve the area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes it feel’s frustrating waiting for authority from higher up to get things fixed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The broadband would be so hard to get hold of. We waited for 6 months for room in the main junction box when we moved in.

All good and welcome no concerns and very clean accomodation very quite Very pleasant neighbor and good building I have nothing bad to report. Pet friendly and energy consuming Literally very eco-friendly and genuinely many offers to support the new tenant in the new journey

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

All good and welcome

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not reported any problems or issues. I would prefer it if the apartment would give a loan mower but anyway it is still perfect

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Great sized bedrooms, lovely kitchen/bathrooms

Lucy (Tenant)

The walls seem to be thin, walls are cracking along the stairs. Everything else is great. Great sized bedrooms, lovely kitchen/bathrooms. Property management are great any time we need any repairs, safety inspections etc they work around our working schedules

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Not much range for shops locally would benefit from some development. Transports links are improving with the new train station being build. Street is lovely, bin collections always on time, no traffic noise and sometimes some anti social behaviour but nothing serious

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues have been resolved in a timely way, we have had issues with a radiator, toilet and front door lock and all were sorted really quickly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Better public transport links and more things to do in the area
